Autowash @ Dove Valley Car Wash

BEWARE! The automatic car wash bays here are always broken and even the self serve doesn't always have soap etc. I was a customer for years but couldn't get a wash here for over two months due to broken equipment causing long lines. I finally gave up and a day after payment of my monthly subscription I'd finally had enough. The customer service agent refused me a refund despite the dreadful availability and me not having used a wash in over a month. I was told to just use the benefits until the end of the billing period, but once again I returned and all bays were broken. Customer service again refused a refund and suggested driving 30 min to the next closest location. Could I make that work? Sure. But I shouldnt have to. It's more about the principle of a company valuing customers and their time and being willing to make it right if they drop the ball. Autowash readily admits they are having problems and their service is not what it should be but care more about keeping my money than having me come back one day if they get new equipment. Hope the $25 was worth it... Never again.

I have a monthly membership, and this entire week only one of the three wash bays has been operational. It’s 9:30 PM, and there are already four cars ahead of me. Waiting 40 minutes for a car wash is unreasonable and unacceptable. As a paying member, I expect the equipment to be maintained and available for use.

I have a monthly membership and the benefits are pretty great! However, if you want a car wash, you might have to wait quite a bit since there is usually 1-2 bays closed. Then even if you get into one, they may be out of soap and not fully clean your car. You might get lucky when they refill it, but chances are not very likely. We also use the vacuums and dog wash, which are great. Yet again, the dog wash does work most times. However, the pressure for the hose and switches between different modes don't always work or are out. For example, choosing the soap may work, but will get dispense water. The only good thing is the blower. Hopefully they can get it fixed for the pressure and what mode you choose actually works. Overall, it's a great car wash at very off peak hours, good benefits for the memberships. However, it comes down to either having to wait awhile for a car wash and may work or go at very off peak hours and hope it actually delivers what you expect.

Expensive, not very good wash tech, no drier in automatic wash, often self service brushes are broken, digital touch screen in self service bays often not responsive, all locs have consistent out of service or defects in eqpt. See photo of todays wash results.

The car wash itself was alright. The screen needs to be calibrated or something, it was really lagging. The poster says there’s a $12 option but the screen started with the $18 option. I was hoping for $18 at the wash might be strong enough to get off something someone spilled on my car, but it wasn’t. The final reason for the 3 comes from the fact that if you want to use the cash-free vacuums, you have to download their app. The upside is that they operate 24/7 according to the listing.
